Recent is aan de TU Delft het Delft Centre for Mechatronics and Microsystems (M&M) van start gegaan. De TUD heeft in haar onderzoeksbeleid besloten, het onderzoek intern te bundelen en extern te profileren via een dertiental speerpuntinstituten en platforms, waarvan het Delft Centre voor M&M er een is.
