Young DSPE

Young DSPE, formerly known as YPN, is a network for young professionals connected to DSPE. The group brings together members who want to expand their network, develop professionally, and contribute to meaningful projects and community initiatives. Through events, collaborations, and knowledge sharing, Young DSPE aims to create an inspiring environment where young members can connect, grow, and make a positive impact.

Our events, targeting young professionals and students, include visits to companies active in precision technology. These activities help to create a vibrant and enthusiastic group of new professionals in the field.

Visits combine interesting talks, typically of a high level, about recent technological developments, and include a visit to a test-facility or work floor.

Participation during Young DSPE activities is free of charge and open to all engineers working in precision technology, as well as students.

Café Eureka

Café Eureka offers Young Professionals the place to be together and to gain experiences with an interactive interview with an inspiring guest.

In the world of precision technology, acquiring knowledge is important for the young engineers. Acquiring knowledge is made easier when you are friends with the knowledge holder. In short, making contacts is important for the young engineer. The DSPE wants to play a bigger role in involving young people in society. Café Eureka offers young engineers the place to be together and to gain experiences with an interactive interview with an inspiring guest. The interviewers will ask the guest about his experiences, but the audience is very welcome to interfere with questions. Target audience are millenials (young precision professionals) You as a young professionals are very welcome to join this café.

No costs involved for the audience. Please bring friends with you.

These visits are networking and learning events where young professionals get the chance to:
