Precision Pictures
Precision Pictures gives DSPE members the opportunity to present on a topic or development and highlight their contribution.
DSPE wants to make precision technology visible to all interested parties, in order to disseminate the technology widely and ensure that awareness of this field is as high as possible. One way to do this is to highlight a specific technology in a short video.
In this video, Dick Laro from MI-Partners discusses a MagLev, or magnetic levitation, stage. This technology is used to reduce moving parts and other possible sources of pollution in a very clean environment, all while ensuring the accuracy and speed of the stage. It presents a great challenge for which MI-Partners had to accrue a lot of expertise in order to solve.

MI-Partners presents the development of the Magnetic Levitation stages for lithography applications.
