Polijstvrij draaien van contactlenzen

Contactlenzen worden traditioneel gespoten in een matrijs, dan wel gedraaid op een precisiedraaibank.Voor dat laatste was altijd een napolijst-bewerking nodig. Maar lenzen gemaakt op een submicron-draaimachine van Contamac zijn na het verspanen optisch perfect. Het kostbare napolijsten kan dus vervallen.
