Eind september organiseerde het IOP Precisietechnologie in Amsterdam het evenement “Nieuwe wegen in Precisietechnologie”. Het doel was nieuwe projecten te presenteren, daarvoor begeleidingscommissies te vormen en kennisinstellingen en bedrijven met elkaar in contact te brengen. Mikroniek doet kort verslag en stelt de zes nieuwe projecten voor: Contactloos Producttransport en Positionering, Fast Focus on Structures, Development of Active High Precision Machining Processes for Milling and Turning, Picodriftmeter: Construeren beneden de Nanometer met Nieuwe Materialen, EYE RHAS: Eye Robot for Haptic Assisted Surgery en Micromotion Plastics through recision Replication
