Mikroniek February 2022: High-tech systems

The February issue of Mikroniek is devoted to the theme of High-tech systems.

The main features include the development of a stable level sensor for the semiconductor industry by Hittech Multin, and a discussion of the high-NA EUV lithography challenges from the imec perspective. Naomie Verstraeten, chief Innovation & Technology at Brainport Development, argues for systems thinkers in the high-tech industry. The issue – click here for an impression – also marks the retirement of Frans Zuurveen, after 30 years of freelance service; his farewell article is devoted to the picosecond ultrasound research at Delft University of Technology.
