Van Fijnmechanische Techniek naar Integrated Product Development

De opleiding Integrated Product Development van de Hogeschool Utrecht is de voortzetting van wat velen vanuit het verleden kennen als Fijnmechanische Techniek en Werktuigbouwkunde. Als dagopleiding aan de Hilversumse HTS, met daarnaast een post-HBO avondopleiding in Utrecht. De instroom lijkt na een dip enkele jaren geleden weer aan te trekken en ook wat betreft contacten met de buitenwereld, van wetenschappelijk onderzoek tot hightech bedrijfsleven, is de opleiding springlevend. Microsysteemtechnologie is een speerpunt in Utrecht.
