In dit artikel wordt ingegaan op enkele eigenschappen van resonante piezomotoren en met name die, welke voor problemen kunnen zorgen bij het gebruik van dit soort motoren in positioneerservo’s. Daarnaast worden oplossingen beschreven die genoemde onhebbelijkheden corrigeren zodat een controleerbaar motorgedrag ontstaat.
