Optimalisatie van het freesproces

Het proces van hogesnelheidsfrezen wordt in de industrie veelvuldig toegepst om werkstukken te maken. Een voordeel van een hoge snelheid van de spil is de reducite van de bewerkingstijd. Een ander voordeel is dat de verspaningskrachten relatieflaag zijn, waardoor met hoge nauwkeurigheden gefreesd kan worden. Deze voordelen worden echter pas goed benut als het freesproces goed onder controle is en met optimale verspaningscondities gewerkt kan worden.
