Handortese met een gesloten rustpositie

Dit artikel beschrijft een handorthese die ontwikkeld is voor patienten diie niet meer het vermogen bezitten de strekspieren van de hand aan te spannen maar die nog we de vingerbuigspieren kunnen activeren. Deze patienten kunnen de hand niet zelfstandig openen. De hoofdfuncite van de orthese is het doen strewkken van de vingers, hierdoor wordt een grijpbeweging mogelijk.
