Draadverbinden in beweging

Het elektrisch geleidend verbinden van al dan niet geisoleerde draden vormt in de automatische assemblage nog vaak een probleem. Automatische soldeerprocessen vormen hier een vaak toegepaste, doch veelal als problematisch ervaren, oplossing. In vele gevallen is thermocompressiebonding een goed alternatief.
