Het Holst Centre op de High Tech Campus Eindhoven was op 10 mei jl. de gastheer voor de Algemene Ledenvergadering van de NVPT. Het ‘Open Innovation Centre for Autonomous Microsystems and System-in-Foil Technologies’ presenteerde zich bij die gelegenheid aan de NVPT-leden. Vernoemd naar Gilles Holst, de eerste directeur van het Philips Natlab, ging het Holst Centre twee jaar geleden van start. Het onderzoekscentrum is een gezamenlijke onderneming van het Nederlandse TNO en het Belgische IMEC en wordt gefinancierd door industriële partners en de Nederlandse en Vlaamse overheden.
