Dimensionele metrologie voor geavanceerde fabricagetechnologieën

Het NMi Van Swinden Laboratorium, het nationale standaarden/metrologie-instituut, beheert en ontwikkelt primaire meetstandaarden op het hoogste niveau, ten behoeve van industrie, overheid en maatschappij. Een van de speerpunten is de nanometrologie. Onlangs heeft het NMi VSL daarvoor een nanolab geopend.
