Our DSPE chairman Hans Krikhaar received a Gerard & Anton award.

Hans Krikhaar is recognised for his long-standing contribution to the hightech and precision engineering community in Brainport Eindhoven. Through DSPE, he has consistently brought engineers, companies, knowledge institutes, and students together around precision engineering expertise, precision technology craftsmanship, innovation, and talent.
 
His work reflects a deep understanding of how ecosystems grow: through connection and knowledge sharing. Highlights include:

◾ Building the DSPE Martin van den Brink Awards into a long standing, community driven initiative that highlights and unites the innovators of our field.

◾ Initiating and shaping the Dutch Precision Week, including the International Precision Conference, strengthening the Netherlands’ global position as a leader in precision engineering.

◾ Enabling countless valuable interactions that strengthen Brainport’s hightech foundation.
 
At the Gerard & Anton event for the Brainport start-up community, Hans emphasized the importance of precision technology for the established industry and, indeed, for the majority of start-ups.
 
A well-deserved recognition for someone who has shaped our community with dedication, vision, and enthusiasm. Congratulations, Hans!
