New VCCN guideline: Product Cleanliness

In various industries there is an increasing need for guidance on nano- and microscale surface cleanliness for product development, part manufacturing, surface treatment, assembly, cleanliness measurements and cleanroom services.


A VCCN project group therefore prepared the VCCN Guideline 12: Product Cleanliness – read all about it in this Mikroniek article. The new guideline does not prescribe solutions but describes what should be considered when dealing with product cleanliness, which should, among other things, enable and align the communication on product cleanliness between suppliers and customers, in order to help industries to realise and improve product cleanliness.
