Mikroniek September 2024: Acoustics and vibrations

The September issue of Mikroniek is devoted to acoustics and vibrations.

The main theme feature elaborates on the value of experimental structural dynamics in precision engineering. Other theme articles feature the role of acoustics in product design aimed at reducing noise and vibrations, and the damping of position-dependent parasitic vibrations for improving the disturbance sensitivity of large-deflection flexure mechanisms. The cover story is about QUADRA, a versatile metrology and inspection solution for the ongoing evolution of Moore’s law in the semiconductor industry. Click here for a first impression.
