The March issue of Mikroniek, click here for a first impression, is dedicated in part to the theme of High-tech systems. It features articles on the design of a high-throughput wafer inspection stage, the metrology aspects of ultraprecise interferometry, and a profile of the 2019 Rien Koster Award winner; Hans van de Rijdt.
