The February issue of Mikroniek, click here for a first impression, features His Majesty King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands visiting the Leiden Instrument Makers School. A preview of the High-Tech Systems 2017 event is included in this issue, as well as a look into the future of (ultra) precision engineering in the UK. The main high-tech feature is the article by Sogeti and partners on the model-based design of a high-level controller for an autonomous and self-driving vehicle.
