Mikroniek December 2023: System Architecture

The December issue of Mikroniek is devoted to the theme of System Architecture. In his editorial, Michiel van Osch, associate professor of Systems Design & Manufacturing at Fontys Engineering, tries to explain system architecture to the uninitiated.

The theme cover story presents model-based modular redesign with system-level guarantees as a solution for managing complexity in interconnected system models. Other theme articles cover, a.o., the coupling of model-based systems engineering with model-based design, and a new paradigm for innovation management. Also included reports of the DSPE Conference on Precision Mechatronics and the DSPE Knowledge Day Engineering for Cryogenics. Click here for a first impression. (Cover image: TU/e)
