Registration form Conference 2027

The fee for the all-in arrangement for 2 days, includes a one night stay in the hotel, conference program, online book of abstracts, catering, lunches, conference dinner, social event, free parking/shuttle bus, fitness, swimming pool and breakfast amounts to EUR 850 (excluding tax).

PhD candidates (max 25) only pay EUR 450 (excluding tax) but they must submit an abstract.

Please note that the number of participants is limited to 150 and that priority is given to professionals that contribute a paper, poster or demo. Next to that, the sequence of registration is leading.

Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply: A) Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees. B) Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees. C) Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
