Registration Conference 2027

The conference is targeted at companies and professionals that are member of:

• DSPE (please visit www.dspe.nl for last minute membership registration)
• Brainport Industries
• Mechatronics Contact Groups MCG
• Mechatronic Systems Knowledge Exchange MSKE
• System Architecture Study Group SASG
• Selected companies/academia

The fee for the all-in arrangement, includes a one night stay in the hotel, online book of abstracts, lunches, conference dinner, social event, hotel, fitness, swimming pool and breakfast amounts to EUR 850 (excluding tax).

PhD candidates (max 25) only pay EUR 450 (excluding tax) but they must submit an abstract.

Please note that the number of participants is limited to 150 and that priority is given to professionals that contribute a paper, poster or demo. Next to that, the sequence of registration is leading.

Early registration bonus

If you register before May 15 you will receive an interesting book selected by de Advisory Board members during the first Advisory Meeting October 21, 2026.
