De Skwirrel is een elktrisch aangedreven rolstoel met een elektronische besturing., speciaal ontwikkeld voor fysiek gehandicapte opgroeiende kinderen. De hier te beschrijven rolstoel voorziet in het eenvoudig verplaatsen van deze kinderen zowel binnen als buitenshuis. De opbouw en de functies van dit mechatronische instrument worden in dit artikel besproken.
