Nauwkeurig, herleidbaar en betrouwbaar meten met de F25

NMi Van Swinden Laboratorium, het nationale standaardeninstituut, ontwikkelt voortdurend nieuwe standaarden, instrumenten en meetmethoden om te voldoen aan de metrologische behoeften van industrie, overheid en maatschappij. Een van de nieuwste faciliteiten op het gebied van dimensionele metrologie is de F25 micro-coör- dinatenmeetmachine (µ-CMM), waarmee producten kunnen worden opgemeten in drie dimensies met onzekerheden van een paar honderd nanometer of minder.
