Fotochemische metaalbewerkingen

De sectie Micro-techniek van de Faculteit der Werktuigbouwkunde en Maritieme techniek van de T.U. Delft heeft de beschikking over een laboratorium voor Micro-bewerkingen. in dit Iaboratorium is een uitgebreide faciliteit voor fotochemische metaalbewerkingen ondergebracht. De techniek van foto-etsen is bii uitstek geschikt om op snelle wijze fijnmechanischeconstructie-elementen te vervaardigen uit dun plaatmateriaal. Ook structuren in opgedampte lagen en flexibel printmateriaal kunnen worden ge?tst.
