Papers
The organizing committee invites you to submit a short abstract for a 20 minutes presentation and publication in the conference proceedings. Note that due to the limited number of presentations, it may be necessary to change the status from paper to poster! Prior to the submission of papers, authors are invited to submit an short abstract first!

Submission of abstracts
Short abstracts of papers/demonstrations/posters (in English, max. one A4 page and preferably including illustrative pictures and photo’s) should be send to annemarie.schrauwen@dspe.nl .
Please use the TEMPLATE to help you prepare the right format for your short abstract.
The deadline for submission is February 28, 2023.
The Program Committee of the Conference will make the final decision on the acceptance of all contributions. Notification of acceptance will be sent before April 3, 2023.
Demonstrations/Posters
The demonstration of practical solutions and possibilities is important in the process of knowledge transfer and is always highly appreciated by the participants. We therefore encourage you to contribute to this part of the program to which considerable attention and time will be paid. To support the added value of the demonstrations and posters, part of the proceedings will be reserved for detailed descriptions of the demonstrations/posters.
Publication
All accepted contributions will be published in the digital conference proceedings as extended abstracts. This holds for oral presentations, posters and demonstrations. On acceptance of short abstracts, authors will be notified by email and provided with instructions for submitting extended abstracts.
Note: Authors are expected to attend in person to present their work.
