Future needs and challenges in ultra-clean vacuum
About this event
IUVSTA workshops are intended to provide a forum for intense
debate and discussion between a small number of experts
in a focused scientific or technical field which falls within the
area of activity of the Scientific Divisions of IUVSTA.
This workshop is organised to improve the understanding of
the future needs and challenges in ultra-clean vacuum. We
would therefore like to invite people from the entire scientific
community, from fundamental research to applied research,
as well as industry representatives. Therefore, do you require,
or in the near future expect to require, ultra-clean vacuum
environments to facilitate both fundamental and applied
research? Then this is your chance to contribute to the debate.
